An introduction to the scientific study of birds. Lectures cover the evolution, design, function, ecology, and behavior of birds, with an emphasis on current research. Labs are field-oriented and emphasize the field identification and life histories of Georgia birds. (4 credits).
 
Prerequisite: BIOL 2131, 3132, & 3133
